Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this web site without exception.
3.0 TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
In Massachusetts, the resale of tickets to certain events is regulated by statutes and regulations, including G.L. c. 140, Section 185A, that authorize certain officials, including the Commissioner of Public Safety, to bring legal action against ticket resellers for claimed violations. In order to buy a ticket from Full House Tickets, you must acknowledge and agree that you cannot and will not bring any claim or cause of action in any private suit or administrative proceeding that is in any way based on Full House Tickets alleged violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, Section 185A, and that your sole and exclusive remedy for the violation of any such statute or regulation will be to file a complaint or other notice with the public official responsible for enforcement of such statute or regulation. By purchasing a ticket from Full House Tickets, you expressly waive and forever release all claims that you, individually or as part of a class, might bring in a private action based on the alleged improper resale of regulated tickets in violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, Section 185A.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE-STATED TERMS. Full House Tickets. agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.
Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
- Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
- Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed.
- Full House Tickets further reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
- We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
- We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available.
- You will be notified by telephone or email once your order is confirmed.
- Note that online orders placed after 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time on weekdays or at any time during weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
Also, should Full House Tickets fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for Full House Tickets sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Full House Tickets.
Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this web site, Full House Tickets cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless Full House Tickets is unable to fill the order.
All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of nature (e.g. rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please retain your ticket. In most cases, the original purchased ticket will be honored for the new event date. New tickets will not be issued.
Full House Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.
4.0 Shipping Information
Tickets that are shipped will be done via Federal-Express standard, priority over-night or 2-day. Fed-Ex has a 5:00pm EST cutoff time Monday-Friday, therefore all order placed after 5:00pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. A signature will be required for all tickets delivered via Fed-Ex. We do not allow any reroutes on ticket deliveries. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. Tickets are normally sent to the credit card billing address. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company, so you must use the exact address on your credit card bill. Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, we will require a faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice, along with a copy of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is to protect against fraud.
All users and visitors of this web site agree to indemnify and hold Full House Tickets, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this web site, including your use of this web site to provide a link to another web site.
